ORDER_HDR_SHORT_TEXT Attachment Populated in XML output. Will not print on the Bill of lading.

Oracle R12.1.3

Has anyone been able to print order header attachments on a Bill of lading.

I have set up an attachment Order management and Assigned it to print on the BOL. We would like to attach special delivery instructions for the driver.

Order header Shipping instructions are not printing . Packing Instructions are not printing.

How can we print customer specific instructions on the Bill of lading?
