Getting two error messages after applying Patch 20261186 when saving service contract

Testing Service Contracts after applying Patch 20261186 in a test instance and getting the following two error messages when trying to save changes to an Entered Service Contract.  Following the exact same steps in another test instance and there are no issues saving the record.  Any advice will be helpful.  Thank you.
