Modifying Power Form

I have modified SO Header Power form (P421001) by adding a new field on the form. How this new field can be updated to the SO Header table... Do I need to modify the B4210610 (SO Header Control File) and also the D4210610A data structure.

My goal is to use this new field to add data into the SO Header table. This is a new field and this field is not a parameter in the function B4210610 that can be mapped. Any input would be appreciated?
