Menu exclusions were removed and still not available

Hi all,

In a web responsibility some menu exclusions exist and in order to see them and be available from the responsibility, these menu exclusions were removed, but if we access the responsibility, the menus are still not available.

We already clear the cache and bounced the services, but issue remains.

Any idea what is happening ow what else we could try?
