Running of Replicate Seed data for existing Upgraded OU's

Hi,

We are in our CRP sessions and we have upgraded from 11i to R12.2.4. In our existing Upgraded instance, we have entered

some transactions. Is there any harm in running "Replicate seed data" program for these upgraded OU's at this stage.
