Hi All,

To Give a background we are using Oracle O.S.M for Order Orchestration for TELECOM Industry(Mobile & Fixed Services).

C.R.M - Siebel,  O.S.M _ Oracle Order & Service Management & Oracle B.R.M for Billing?

Question : As part of Design how to design the No of COM & SOM & TOM Instances?Does it based on Volume of Transaction or Type of Transaction?Please Clarify.
