Multiple oracle home siebel Upgrade

Hi Team,

We have 2 oracle home in one system e.g

Oracle_home1=/siebel/gatway/gtwysrvr-----This home is for gatway only

Oracle_home2=/siebel/srvr/srv--This is siebel server home-

Now am planning to upgrade it from 81111 to IP2015.

The question is do i  need to upgrdae twice for both the oracle home or one upgrade is fine.?
