Create intercompany price based on end customer price in sales order

Dear all,


currently there is a business requirement to implement an intercompany pricelist that for all items the price will be 60% of the price in the end customer's sales order.  I have enabled the 'Currency Code' functionality in the intercompany relationships in order to make sure that I will use the same currency of the order and now I am thinking to create a formula in order to retrieve SO price for the item and apply 60% discount.  But can I do these things with a pricing formula? Do you think that there is another way to achieve this?
