Service request is not being updated by support
Hi all,
We have an SR that is not being updated by support for more than a week despite our many posts. The SR status is always set to "Rewiew Update".
When we opened the SR 2 weeks a go the reactivity was good but since we did not have a single update and we are missing time. Our questions are :
1) Is it "normal" to not have feedback even when we ask support to update the SR ?
2) Is there any mean to get the SR updated without escalating ?
Note : We answered to all questions and provided all what support asked for.
