Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Add lines option missing in BWC

I find the Add Lines selection is missing when I want to add lines to a PO in the Buyer work centre.

If the PO is a Standard PO the selection to add lines exists.

If the PO is a Complex PO then the add lines ( we want to select from catalog) does not exist.

There are no personalizations on the form.

Can anyone explain this behaviour?
