Add new search parameter in the customer search

Hi all,

I was able to add a new search parameter to the customer search form however it has 'messed up' the existing layout of the form.

I copied the HZ: Organization Simple Search Match Rule , added the new field and compiled. the new field is visible in the customer search form but the format is not like before.
