Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

We are implementing Project Resource Management. I would like to understand 'Top-down vs. bottom-up resourcing planning' for the same.

Can any one help me to understand this with an example.
