ARM Data Load stuck at DataLoad step

FCM version 11.1.2.4.100

We are trying to load data in to ARM using FDMEE. We were able to do the mapping and were able to successfully validate in FDMEE. When we open the period and try to load data, the process is getting stuck at Data Load.

In the SOA_Server, we see the below error message.  Are we missing anything?
