Forecast consumtpion working near to current plan run date and not working next month data

we have forecast of an item A, and its forecast is 431 Qty every week (8/3/2015, 8/10/2015, 8/17/2015 etc to 10/26/2015). It is observed that from system brings the forecast to plan run date 28-SEP-2015 (for some of forecast, past due forecast) and it got consumed by Sales Orders. It is consumed the Forecast till 16-OCT-2015, and after this date forecast is not consumed.

We if see demand, after 16-OCT-2015, we are seeing demand from Forecast and Sales Orders. We are using Backward and Forecast consumption days as -91 and 91

Do you have any idea, how system considers this time frame at which consumtion taking place.
