Vertex 4.1.1

We just got an e-mail from Vertex saying that version 4.1.1  is available.  It says to check to see if there are any ESUs that need to be in first.  Do you know if there are any ESUs that we need to load before installing this vertex version?   They also have data updates for us to do but I am just wondering if I need to do the program changes or if doing the data updates would be good enough.
