BI 11g installation issue

Hi all

I have previously upgraded 2 BI 10g installations to BI 11g, but this is my first time installing 11g as a new install.  I have run into an issue and I have been unable to find a way to solve it.  Basically in the upgrade installs, many things came across from 10g into 11g including the Super User account.  This being a new install, there is no Super User created and I cannot create one.  I am using the weblogic login to access the xmlp console, but it seems that everything on the security page is read-only.  Can anybody give
