Seems like connection is disrupted - ORA-24324 (Windows 7 clients)
At a customer's site our database application gets seems like disconnected from the Oracle server after a certain time of idling(?).
This has happened in August from one day to the other. We didn't change any of your software components and the IT people at the customer's site are quite clueless although it might have to do with some of their own measures they did at that time (firewall, watching idle sockets or what ever).
I told our customer they might watch the TCP/IP connection using a tool, e.g. Sysinternals TCPVIEW. They got the tool but don't know how to use it.
