Not able to upgrade BRM PS13 , run BRM upgrade script

We followed all pre -requisite checks and tried and installed portal base version.

7.5MPS1_Pipeline_Upgrade_75_75PS_linux_32_opt.bin

7.5MPS1_Pipeline_Upgrade_75_75PS_linux_32_opt.bin

However ,

after that when we are trying to run upgrade script of database

1) ./7.5MPS1_PortalBase_Upgrade_75_75PS_linux_32_opt.bin

"

Errors occurred during the installation.

- Unable to install 7.5MPS1 PortalBase Upgrade_75_75PS over

PortalBase_Upgrade_75_75PS: Installed product has newer version.

  - Cannot install: Check (update) did not pass.

"

2)  7.5MPS1_Pipeline_Upgrade_75_75PS_linux_32_opt.bin - it tells ,

" 7.5MPS1 Pipeline Upgrade_75_75PS will be installed in the following location:

/opt/ifw

with the following features:
