I have a problem when loading a taxonomy, I downloaded locally and when I want to open by smartview

I have a problem when loading a taxonomy, I downloaded locally and when I want to open by smartview sent me the following error:. "Failed to change taxonomy.Failed to load the taxonomy destination" Has anyone ever had is you error?
