Auto-Create SOs for Recovered Parts

Hello, I am attempting to configure the "Auto-Create SOs for Recovered Parts" functionality from the technician portal.  I have defined defaulting rules for the following attributes:

  • repair type
  • inventory organization
  • job inventory organization
  • accounting class
  • job status
  • repair organization

I have also set the workflow(CSD: Auto-Create SOs for Recovered Parts) on the repair status.

When the workflow attempts to process, receiving the following error which is not very descriptive.

Error Name = 1
Error Message = User-Defined Exception
Error Stack =
csd_wf_process_pvt.create_cu_rep_msg_wf(CSDAUTRO, 1004, 264386, RUN)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(CSD_WF_PROCESS_PVT.auto_create_repair_orders, CSDAUTRO, 1004, 264386, RUN)
