How to hide New button from BI Publisher

Hello,

We want to control create analysis and reports from BI Publishers for certain roles. So they can freely view/ run the reports but cannot see the new button to create a folder, analysis or reports from existing data model. Is it possible to hide the new/ create button from BI publisher. I came across a document which helps in hiding the button from Fusion OTBI Reports and Analytics screen but cant seem to find a way to do it in BI Publisher
