GOP based on EDD plan vs ECC plan vs unconstraint Plan

I have few questions regarding to GOP behavior.

GOP can be based on ECC plan, or EDD, or Unconstraint plan output.

Let’s say I’m using CTP, Will GOP assume infinite resource and supplier capacity if it’s based on EDD or unconstraint plan?

Will it only take capacity into account only when it is based on ECC plan?

There is no documentation talking about this at all.
