Pick suggestion is in error even when inventory is available

Hi

We are using Shop floor with Warehouse.

For the first time, when we create a work order, attach parts list & routing, then Pick request is created. Ran R46171 and processed the pick request and pick suggestion is printed (340) correctly and the same is printed in move slips as well.

Ran the repost and released all the commitments

For the second time, we have created another work order, attach parts list & routing, then Pick request is created. Ran R46171 and processed the pick request and pick suggestion is in error (*3448) with status 300 for few items even though the inventory is available to be picked and move slip did not print these items. This is happening for few items and for other items it is working fine. This happens only in a particular environment. The same functionality works correctly in another environment
