OEM cloud control 12c not alerting ora-1654

Hi,

I received error ORA-1654 unable to extend tablespace error in my alert log.  Howerver, I was not alerted from my OEM Cloud control.  I know it works because I received an email  notification that a different tablespace was 95% full from the same production instance couple of weeks ago.  Certain tablespaces is not being notified.

OEM12C doesn't show any problem or incident.
