Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Multiple cost adjustments: What is the intended behavior of Cost Adjustments?

I am doing multiple Adjustments to cost of an asset, one after another, with different amortization start dates.

We need to understand the rules and behavior of multiple cost adjustments.

Sometimes system allows a past amortization date but on another occasion the dates are not allowed.
