UBE misbehaves when new RunTime Field introduced any inputs ?

Dear Community Memebrs,

We have a requirement to introduce a new RunTime field in existing UBE. Like E.g. 'Page nOf Page'. After introducing the new run time field the data selection on existing versions are disappeared. And when we try to give a new run time data selection UBE is not taking the run time Data selection but still taking the old dataselection which was there on server.

We performed new update package but of no use. All existing versions are started misbehaving. But when we create a new version it is working perfectly right.

So now I need to understand is there any known issues specific to introducing to new Run Time fields?  Did someone face this kind of issues earlier any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
