E1 Local database issue

All,

I am trying to learn  Backup and Restore the Local Planner Database as per given in the Doc ID 1052047.1

detach process is successfully completed, i took the backup successfully.

the i ran attach_planner.bat process it was not happening the batch file shows blank.

now i am unable to login the deployment server.


Can anyone please give me advise how to resolve the issue.
