Error while setting up zone clustering - rpcb_getaddr failed: RPC: Rpcbind failure - RPC: Timed out

I'm following this article to setup zone cluster - https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39579_01/html/E39580/gjbcb.html#scrolltoc. I get following error when performing clzonecluster install. I get similar error when do clzonecluster verify
