Options for Installed Base synchronize with Inventory

Hello,

We have certain situations in Installed Base where it is completely non-sync with Inventory. Inventory transactions are getting hampered because of the Incorrect Install base transactions/Non interface of certain transactions or any other reason.

I would like to know if we have any delta solution in version 12.2.3 of EBS suite where it will correct the installed base data with reference to Inventory data. I am not concerned of past or missed transaction to IB but I want to see, for an example for item X in Installed Base the data should be same as that of Inventory transaction with respect to location, ownership, status etc for the latest inventory transaction.
