Problem with supplier registration approval

Hi everybody,

We have a problem with supplier registration approval workflow breaking if trying to approve via email.

We create the registration (created by a buyer / internal user), send for approval, it gets to the correct email inbox, but when we approve the WF breaks down and the sysadmin gets the following error notification:

Error in Workflow POSSPAPP/50045108-5109 3146: Commit happened in activity/function 'PARALLEL_APPROVAL_PROCESS:AME_PROCESS_APPROVE/POS_SUPP_APPR.PROCESS_APPROVE_WF_WRAPPER'


An Error occurred in the following Workflow.

Item Type = POSSPAPP
Item Key = 50045108-5109
User Key =50045108

Error Name = WFENG_COMMIT_INSIDE
Error Message = 3146: Commit happened in activity/function 'PARALLEL_APPROVAL_PROCESS:AME_PROCESS_APPROVE/POS_SUPP_APPR.PROCESS_APPROVE_WF_WRAPPER'
