enq:TX-row lock contention top wait event during batch hang

Hi,

We are having issues in production and batch is getting hanged during the batch, when ever we reran that job is getting succeeded without any issue. We pulled the AWR report during the time interval and we could see the enq:TX-row lock contention is top wait event in report. Kindly suggest me what kind of action need to be take care during the wait event.
