Withholding Tax Calculation

Hello,

We are in 11.5.10.2  reléase, in Argentina Country.

We need to calculate the withholding en Oracle Payables for the Suppliers with Multilateral Agreement.

We need that the Base Amount for the calculo either with the tax included (Lines + Tax)

How should I set the Taxes?
