IOT client login issue

Hi,

Apps: 9.1 Update 2

Tools : 9.1.5.5

OS - OEL 6

AIS Tools : 9.1.5.5

Weblogic : 12C

While trying to login into IOT Orchestrator client I am getting Authentication error, though the user is a valid E1 user.

Tried solution in doc IoT. Orchastrator Client. Authentication Failure and Unable to Find Orchastration (Doc ID 2040956.1)

After changing the config.xml weblogic is not starting.

Please advise,
