Cannot ship the order

Hi,

I have sales order in picked status and cannot ship the order.

The error message is

Error: A valid document category does not exist.

Warning: Pack Slip information could not be automatically created for delivery 76983448.

Error: In delivery 76983448, the total shipped quantity for order number 8429283 exceeds the tolerance.

The source system for this order is Order Management and order type is Standard order. The maximum shipped quantity allowed for the line 1.1 within this delivery is 2

any help.
