ARM Tables

We are currently doing system test and data validation on 11.1.2.4 and had been viewing the different ARM tables.

Where can I find documentation of the different tables to understand what each field means?  For example,

there is a 'Source Format_ID' which refers to the format of the profile.  However, there is another field, 'Format_ID'

which has different values from the 'Source Format_ID'.  Can you tell me the difference between the 2 fields?
