AGIS transaction type tax in AP

Requirement is like that:

If bill from country is AU and AGIS transaction type is 'Late FEE' then 6% tax should be calculated.

If bill from country is AU and AGIS transaction type is 'Trade Fee' then there is no tax.

Basically, how we will calculate tax based upon AGIS transaction type. In AR we can calculate by AR transaction type and Memo line.But,how we will calculate in AP.
