Markup on IC Sales

I believe the above is our transaction today. Our Accounting folks would like to mark up the IC Sale by 5%... BUT, they want to take that 5% to an account called "Markup on Sales". Is it possible to take that 5% somewhere else?

Maybe via Advanced Pricing or something? They do not want the 5% going to the IC Sales account.
