Can't install patch 20996923

Help!,

     I just set a new 2 node RAC environment (a first for our environment).  Going through the required patches it is recommending te July PSU for Grid Infrastructure 20996923.  I go to set it up and during the review .. I get this error

PREREQ_STATUS: FAILED

PREREQ_MESG: There are few invalid instances monitored by Enterprise Manager and few instances not discovered.

PREREQ_REMEDY: MANUAL.

PREREQ_REMEDY_DETAILS: Remove the invalid targets and discover/promote the missing instances in Enterprise Manager.

The following entities are missing from the target machine:

OracleHome-Ora11g_gridinfrahome1_1_ONCORE-DBDEV-ND2.XXX.XXX.EDU

Host-ONCORE-DBDEV-ND1.XXX.XXX.EDU
