Download multiple files in attachment list applet?

In IP 2014: Features overview, "multiple file upload/download control" is mentioned. However, I can't find anything in particular that matches with this feature.

Has anyone seen this feature included in IP2014? how to enable this feature?

The requirement that I have is to provide "Download All" button in one of Attachment List Applet, which will literally start download all files within the attachment list applet. Is there anyone who developed it? Can you please share the knowledge?
