New UDAs not showing in Calc Manager

Any new UDAs, regardless of the dimension, are not making it to Calc Manager. It is not a syntax issue as we know these make it to Essbase since if I deploy the business rule with warnings it executes OK. The ones created about a month ago are there and are being listed/recognized.

We are using PBCS and on September 26 oracle applied a patch to it which seems to be the issue.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue and would it be as simple as having them roll it back?
