PR Notification doesn't show Justification

Hi Team,

Justification in Purchase Requisition is not displayed in Notifications received by Approver. This PR is having multiple justifications for PR -33242. Kindly advise how to resolve the issue.

Attached 2 PRs. 1 PR with justification and another PR without justification. Thank you.
