ReIM Posting batch error

Hello,

We are facing error while executing ReIM Batch.

bash-3.2$ sh reimposting BATCH-ALIAS

2015-09-30 12:49:20,447 ERROR [pool-1-thread-1] oracle.retail.reim.services.impl.WebServiceConsumerService - Error::::Failed to access the WSDL at: http://retailapps-c.safeergroup.com:7025/GlAccountValidationBean/GlAccountValidationService?WSDL. It failed with:

        Got Connection refused while opening stream from http://retailapps-c.safeergroup.com:7025/GlAccountValidationBean/GlAccountValidationService?WSDL.

2015-09-30 12:49:20,499 ERROR [pool-1-thread-1] oracle.retail.reim.batch.jobs.FinancialPostingBatch$1 - Posting thread for supplier group Supplier_6636 failed. Please inspect IM_POSTING_DOC_ERRORS for system error.

Please suggest.
