Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How is the last_invoice_Price calculated?

In Item Costs Details form, we have a field 'Invoice Price' (last_invoice_price at form level). What is the calculation for this? Please help
