Drag and Drop attachment not working in IP2015

Hi Experts,

We have upgraded our environment to IP2015 and enabled OpenUI application, we have identified the drag and drop attachment is not working in this version, Whereas the same is working fine in IP2014 application.

can someone pass your valuable inputs..
