Display Auto Allowance element on Manager Self Service

Hello Folks,

We have to display "Auto Allowance" element on Manager Self Service. So, that manager can view allowance of his reporting employees. Please note element is manually entered in Assignment Element entry screen by Payroll Team. Amount once entered is applicable for whole year. 

Expected place to view above detail in Manager self Service would be as below. 

Navigation - Manager Self Service > My Employee Information (Salary tab)

 

Could anyone please advise how above requirement could be addressed?
