JDE 9.1 CRM Email P90CA510.. GRid Import options and also ability to create an email in a CRM Activi

Hi Folks, Client using JDE 9.1 and has 2 requirements re CRM Email functionality which I have been unable to resolve

1. P90CA510.. Creating Email Groups.. has a Grid IMport feature to select existing groups for inclusion in a new Group, however, no Grid Import option to select existing CRM Contacts to include in a new EMail Group.. have I missed something?

2. CRM Opportunity/ Activity processing in P90CB020.. user looking for option to email a Customer "Contact" from within a CRM Activity where the "Activity Type" is Email...can we CAFE1 here or is there some solution to call P90CA500 for CRM Email create..  objective is to ensure mail is associated with the "Activity" in the Opportunity.  We have discovered within P90CA500 we can create an EMail and have that auto create an Activity but need this functionality in the opposite direction....
