Country Codes not defined OOB tables

Hello

We have a requirement to define two new country codes in OTM. We are on 6.3.1 version. What is the process to define new data in Country tables? DO we simply do backend update or we need to ask for a script from oracle:

Country names are :

GZ   GAZ                 GAZA STRIP  

NT    NZE                 NEUTRAL ZONE

If we have to define it manually, Are following the only tables which needs to be defined:

COUNTRY_CODE

COUNTRY_CODE_ATTRIBUTE

COUNTRY_ZONE
