R12.2.4 : compile flex fields concurrent program fails with FNDFFVGN signal 11 error

Hi,

We have a working R12.2.4 instance.   We applied few product patches  related to GL  .   After patch application and cutover,   most of the GL forms fails due to flexfiled error.  When we try to compile flex fileds , it fails with following error

/u01/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin/FNDFFVGN
Program was terminated by signal 11

compile flexfields using  adadmin is fine.     There was no change in any of the FND libraries or executables due this patch.    We checked the versions of FNDFFVGN in working and non-working instance and it is the same.
