Where can you find SFWcoreu for Solaris 10 upgrade 5?

Is it possible to find a binary version of SFWcoreu 5.97 for Solaris 10 upgrade 5?  (This is a DoD system so we can't upgrade the version of Solaris).  We are getting a segmentation violation on a mv command and want to try just re-installing SFWcoreu. Alternatively, is there anywhere we can get a later version of SFWcoreu that works with this version of the OS?
