Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cancelling a product/discount will set its purchase/cycle/usage end dates

Hi All,

I have a scenario here, a product/discount is purchased under a subscription with purchase/cycle/usage end date as 15th Oct.

If I am cancelling the product/discount (with passing any dates), will purchase/cycle/usage end date set to cancellation date(i.e current date)?
